This instrument complies with the requirements of GB/T 1232 “Determination of Mooney Viscosity of Unvulcanized Rubber,” GB/T 1233 “Determination of Scorch Characteristics of Rubber Compounds by Mooney Viscometer,” as well as ISO 289, ISO 667, and other standards. It is used to measure the viscosity, scorch time, and curing index of raw rubber or compounded rubber.
Featuring microcomputer control, data display, and automatic calibration, it is an ideal testing instrument for the rubber industry and research institutions. Equipped with an imported intelligent digital temperature controller, it offers easy adjustment and precise temperature control.
The latest design adopts a “main unit + computer + printer” structure. Computer control and an interface board are used for data acquisition, storage, processing, and printing of test results and curves. The software platform supports Windows 98/ME/NT/XP and later versions, providing a user-friendly graphical interface for accurate data processing and simple, flexible, and convenient operation.
